Constancy
of Personnel
In
addition to increased inefficiency and cost, frequent swapping of personnel
assigned to service a particular client greatly increases the probability
of a significant technical or legal issue slipping through the cracks.
A client invests significant time and money in grooming an attorney/agent
for their matters. While the learning curve varies as a function of many
different variables, there are few things more frustrating from a client's
perspective than having to repeatedly start from square-one with a new
attorney or agent.
Accordingly, we seek to provide each client
with a single, unchanging point of contact for all of their substantive
matters. We feel this approach maintains continuity, and avoids duplication
or relearning lessons previously learned.
