Efficiency
and Fees
Frequent
changes in personnel, high overhead, and poor planning can result in artificially
high legal fees being charged to clients. We address these issues by (i)
maintaining personal continuity with our clients (i.e., little or no swapping
of attorneys/agents, and maintaining a single point of contact);
(ii) maintaining practical office space and salaries for our personnel;
and (iii) scrupulously avoiding unnecessary extension fees and surcharges
during prosecution. We also utlize our staff personnel to the maximum
degree practical for non-critical tasks, thereby controlling the cost
associated with a particular matter.
