chipset solutions for the telecommunications field. Prior to joining the firm of
Gazdzinski & Associates, Mr. Wang was a senior engineer at Texas
Instruments. Mr. Wang began
his career in board hardware, and then transitioned to rapid FPGA
prototyping. He has a long
history of developing digital baseband chips for wireless phone standards
including GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA2000, and UMTS. In
addition to his broad background in wireless, he has also developed many
related peripherals necessary for cellular phone construction. Mr.
Wang’s additional experience includes processor and ASIC design,
hardware/software co-verification, power management, and board fabrication. Mr. Sarnowski is a patent engineer with Gazdzinski &
Associates. He received his
Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Mr. Sarnowski also earned a Bachelor

University of Redlands. Prior to joining Gazdzinski & Associates, Mr.
Sarnowski was a research physicist at Armtec Defense Products. He was involved in the development of
a Non-Lethal 81mm Mortar Projectile, and simulated the internal ballistics of
the round using the FORTRAN based program Internal-Ballistics-High-Velocity
Guns 2 (IBHVG2). While at Armtec, he completed a variety of workshops
including Infrared Technology &
Applications and Infrared
Countermeasures at the Georgia Institute of Technology; Explosives & Ballistics: Test and
Evaluation Overview from Baldini Resource Associates, inc.; and Introduction to Ammunition from the
Department of the Army. While at Armtec Mr. Sarnowski also acted as the Quality
Engineer for both the Research and Development section and the Modular
Artillery Charge System (MACS) production department, and was certified as a
Quality Engineer (CQE) by the American Society for Quality in 2001. He instructed his staff of
technicians on fundamental metrological techniques and proper statistical
analysis of data. His
paper Georgia Pacific Southern Kraft
Paper Used for Modular Artillery Charge System (MACS) M231 and M232 Cases
was published by the Department of the Army in 1998 Before joining Armtec, Mr. Sarnowski was commissioned a
Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He served as a logistics officer at both the Regiment and
Battalion levels, and was deployed to both Kuwait and Japan. While attending Westminster College, Mr. Sarnowski earned the Albright Scholarship for Physics and was named to the Outstanding College Students of American List.
